Shipments and returns

The shipping costs are free for purchases over or amount of EURO 50. For purchases of less than 50 EURO shipping costs amount to 7,50 EURO throughout Italy, including the islands, by selecting the shipment with the Italian Post Office. By express courier islands and Calabria there will be an extra charge.
Shipments abroad: we send in any country of the world. The above conditions are valid for Italy: for shipments to other countries, there may be changes in delivery times and shipping costs, which are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and displayed in the online form before the submission of order.
Billing: The shipment is accompanied by a summary order, or an invoice, only if requested at the time of the order (by writing it in step 3 of the shopping cart and indicating the billing information). Under no circumstances will invoices issued after the shipment of the order.
The products purchased will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. The products will be delivered during all working days. The delivery of products by Erboristeria SALUS can be divided, without implying any responsibility for Erboristeria SALUS.
The couriers do not call in advance or handle requests dispatched to particular times. Indicatively, without any involvement by Erboristeria SALUS and unless the availability on the market of products, in addition to any force majeure, the goods will be delivered by Erboristeria SALUS to the carrier within 24 or 48 hours in special cases by the banking day following the date of receipt of the order (in case of payment by credit card or payment by the courier delivery).
If the customer wants to receive the available goods and postpone the delivery of titles not available or reservation to a later time, you will have to opt for shipping dual selectable at checkout with consequent debit of double shipping. If both active promotion "Free transport" the second shipment will be charged to the customer.
Delivery times and the related costs are dependent on the availability of the product, the method of delivery and the selected carrier.
The customer is required to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and otherwise complies with the standard features (described above). After checking, the customer must accept delivery, after which it will not oppose any dispute about the appearance of what was delivered to him in relation to the order made. In case there is no correspondence between the order and delivery in the manner mentioned earlier, the Customer must complain directly to the carrier and send email through the website describing the problems encountered
